DAY 31 – Thursday – The Cold -v- The Computer!
Well I’m not sure which I want to do the most chop off my nose or throw my computer out of the window, it’s a very close call! Still feeling horrible and still having problems with the computer and discovering every day lots of things that have gone adrift. Tried sending some emails yesterday only to find that I have no list of contacts – I do have the contacts in the contacts file they just aren’t in the window to select from when you send an email – so something else to sort out today – grrrrrrr!!!!!
Anyway at least the weight is doing what it is supposed to do which is great and although I feel rough, I’m still managing to work and do everything I should be doing diet wise, I’ve not felt like comfort eating or skipping meals, I’ve still managed to take each shake and have an evening meal and with the best will in the world it doesn’t matter how many supplements you take for good health there is absolutely nothing that you can do to stop you catching a cold when you have kids, it’s just one of those things they like to bring home and share with everyone – bless!
STATS –Thursday Morning
- Weight = 9 stone 4 1/2
- Measurements = Can’t remember what day I did my measurements but I’ve taken then again today and it’s down by 3 cm – so happy days.
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Lunch = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant
Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water - Alcohol Wednesday Evening = none
- Evening Meal Wednesday – Chicken fillet, new potato and vegetables – some weird cauliflower type veg that isn’t a cauliflower but tastes like it should be. Can’t remember it’s name.
