Which Weight Reducing Programme is the best?

Is a question that I get askedfrequently by my clients and as there are so many different ways in which you can reduce your weight these days it’s not surprising that people ask the question.

And to be quite frank about it I always tell them pretty much the same things – they all work but for them to work you need to do them and do them properly!

So the trick really is to find the plan that works for you, the one that you can stick to until you get to your desired weight and the one that offers you the most support.  Support is the most under estimated part of any weight reducing programme and personally I feel it’s so important that it can make or break your success!

A Good Weight Reducing Programme Should Offer Masses of Support

If you know you are the type of person who needs support a few times each week then why sign up for a class that provides once a week support?  It  just doesn’t make sense and the chances are that on the night of your class, when the support is available to you then that’s probably going to be the night you’re least likely to need the support.  It’s the next day or the day after that you’ll probably need it.

Or maybe you’re the kind of person who starts to obsess about food once you know you’ve started a weight reducing programme and if that’s you then don’t choose a diet that gives you too much choice. That’s been your problem from the start more than likely, because you have so much choice you have too much of everything all the time.

Maybe you should try a strict 2 healthy meals a day shake plan and then a calorie and portion controlled evening meal. – they work very well and this way you’ll start obsessing less and less about food each day knowing exactly what you’re going to be having for 2 of your 3 meals.

Or perhaps you are the kind of person that thinks they’ll get fed up having the same kind of meal each day?  This is often a comment that people make but in actual fact having similar food each day focuses you on what you are eating and again stops you obsessing and imagining all sorts of delicious meals that you want but can’t have.
