1) 2 crackers with a lightly spread covering of peanut butter (approx 95 cals)
2) 1 McVities chocolate digestive (approx 84 cals) Treat
3) 3 sticks of celery filled with cottage cheese (around 75 cals)
4) 3 pinepple rings in juice (approx 90 cals)
5) 1 mini pitta bread with 1tsp of reduce fat cottage cheese (approx 75 cals)
6) 1 apple (approx 70 cals)
7) 15 milk chocolate covered raisins (approx 85 cals) Treat
8) 1 sachet of low calorie cup-a-soup (approx 70 cals)
9) 1 small packet of twiglets (approx 97 cals)
10)1 cup of plain air popped popcorn (around 35 cals) Treat
