DAY 21 – Monday – Should I Bother To Weigh Or Not?
Well it’s Monday again and so back to the strict 2 shakes a day and healthier evening meals hopefully. Didn’t really have a good weekend calorie wise and of course had the additional blow of TOTM which I wasn’t expecting so just stalling a bit now for a few days.
Having said that 9 3/4 stone is still not bad but tomorrow is my official week 3 weigh-in and it’s going to be so distorted I don’t know whether to even both or not. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow.
STATS – Monday Morning
- Weight = 9 stone 9 3/4 (and up again)
- Measurements = still not done
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Lunch = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant
Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water - Alcohol Sunday Evening = None (3 glasses with lunch)
- Evening Meal Sunday – Nothing, couldn’t eat a thing after the roast lunch for David’s mums birthday.
