DAY 18 – Friday
Mmmm, Ahhhhh, Errrrrrr, well everything went wrong last night with dinner, I totally forgot that David was out for a curry so I had to quickly improvise with something from the freezer which turned out to be —- wait for it —- just what you want when you’re trying to lose weight —->>>> yep … steak pie, chips and vegetables —->>>> brilliant!!! But that was pretty much all we had in as I cleared out the freezer prior to Christmas to get all the Christmas food in and I’ve been buying as I’ve been going along so that I don’t buy in too much whilst I’m dieting.
So all in all, not such a healthy dinner but I didn’t overdo it on the chips, I did try my best and the pies weren’t massive, well, not that big honest!
But I can tell you anything can’t I but I was the one who had to face the scales this morning and I don’t mind saying I did wonder what would happen so let’s see.
STATS – Friday Morning
- Weight = 9 stone 8 1/4 (down again – wow that was lucky!!)
- Measurements = still not done
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Snacks = Milk chocolate protein bar
- Lunch = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant
Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water - Alcohol Thursday Evening = one glass wine
- Evening Meal Thursday – Steak pie, chips & veg – oh heck!!
