Day 13 – Sunday – A Migraine – Great!
So woke up at 2am with a migraine, not good news when I have to get up at 6 am and drive to Darlington and train a class of new distributors joining Herbalife. Not a good start to the day.
Arrived late because I had to wait for eyesight to resume before I could drive but got there in time for my section and did ok I think eventhough I couldn’t read the notes I’d made because my eyes were too fuzzy.
The meeting itself was great and the only thing available to eat was Herbalife products so that meant no cheating for me today, well not whilst I was at the meeting anyway!!
I’ll leave it at that for now because it’s late and I need to go to bed because I didn’t get much sleep yesterday.
STATS – Sunday morning
- Weight = 9 stone 9 lbs – excellent, still waiting for that pizza to hit!!
- Measurements = still not done
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Lunch = Various shakes and meal replacement bars at training
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water
- Alcohol Saturday afternoon = a few glasses of white wine – non evening
- Evening Meal Saturday – Carrott and corriander soup, gammon, roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, peas and carrotts, birthday cake and small amount of cream!
