Day 7 – Monday – So Jaded! It’s Time For A Quick CoEnzyme1 Experiment!
So Monday morning is here and all is back to normal, Laura’s back at school and now it really is time to buckle down and get some work done and really start to focus on losing some of the weight I gained this weekend.
Having said that, I would normally only promote a once a week weigh-in whereas I’ve been doing it daily as you know purely so that we could see what is happening but this is probably distorting my/our view of the results slightly.
What I mean by that is … when I weigh myself tomorrow (Tue) – exactly one week on, hopefully I’ll have lost a little bit of the weight gained over the weekend which means that, had I only weighed myself last Tuesday when I began and then again this Tuesday, I’d never have been aware of my weight gain over the weekend, if that makes sense? My weight loss results would be as it shows on the scales tomorrow which is really what you want because our weight does fluctuate daily due to fluids.
But really it doesn’t matter what the weight loss figure is, so long as it’s going down, as I said before it’s not a race it’s an experiment, if I wanted fast results then I’d be having salad and water or three shakes each day but of course that’s not healthy so I don’t advocate or promote that.
CoEnzyme1 Or Should I Say ‘QuickSpark’ Sounds Just What I Need
Having had such a busy week followed by such a busy weekend, late
nights and alcohol, I must confess that today I am feeling a little jaded, my
energy levels are a little lower than they have been and what I have decided to do is to try one of Herbalife energy products, a product called QuickSpark which I haven’t got round to trying yet but which has had some fantastic press. I missed the product launch which is probably why I never got round to trying it because I
missed all the hype. So I think I’ll do my own little experiment, a quick experiment within an experiment if you please!
So What Is CoEnzyme1 & What Does CoEnzyme1 Do?
