Day 4 – again very pleased even with just 1/4 lb loss because I was a bit naughty on the wine front last night because I was stressing as I had a lunchtime product demonstration at a large office block today and had loads to do for it and was beginning to panic a little. Fortunately the wine sorted all that out for me.
So having got away with a small weight loss today and a total so far of 3 and 3/4 pounds in just 4 days, I am very happy with the results indeed but of course I now have to survive the weekend which we all know is the hardest part especially as I have a party tonight! Let’s hope I don’t go and put everything that I’ve lost through the week back on over the weekend – eek!!
In the meantime however, let’s get back to December and talk about another little niggling thing I noticed happening to my body when I came off my maintenance programme.
Bread, mmm, yummy bread started to creep back into my diet because I adore it but if I eat too much I soon notice that my stomach starts to become bloated, it doesn’t look too bloated but I start to feel uncomfortable so I had to be good and restrict the amount of bread that I ate if only to help with the comfort factor. Don’t get me wrong, I do eat bread normally but the reason I was suddenly eating more than normal was because of the breakfasts, the ones I didn’t skip seemed to include bread and this was the problem.
I’ll talk a little more about this later on in my blogs but for now I leave you with my stats as they stand on Friday day 4. Have a great weekend all.

Weight = 9 stone 11 lbs exactly (3 and 3/4 lbs since Tuesday – very pleased)
Measurements = Still not done them and I really must. Will try over the weekend.
