How To Take Herbalife Products During Ramadan

Here is a quick guide for those clients who are coming up to Ramadan.  It’s definitely not an excuse to come off the programme and most definitely the best way to keep up your energy levels and your hunger levels under control so that you don’t end up eating all the wrong kind of foods just before you go to bed.

It is especially important to use your Herbalife products this year because with Ramadan falling during Summer and the hours of daylight being longer you will need every ounce of energy you have to  get your through until evening.  Remember protein keeps you feeling fuller for longer so focus on the protein, eat fat and it turns to fat so avoid that, drink plenty of fluids to keep you hydrated and use your vitamins to keep you healthy.

Ramadan Is Not An Excuse To Eat Rubbish Or Gain Weight
