DAY 22 – Tuesday – It’s All A Bit Distorted!!
Well I decided I would take the plunge and go for the weigh in because I did say right at the beginning it would be a true representation of what happened so to not bother wouldn’t be keeping my promise would it.
And actually it was just the same as yesterday so not great but not as bad as it could have been. Eventhough it’s 3/4 lb up from last week I’m not worried about that because everything does go a bit weird at certain times of the month. Some of my clients would love just a 3/4 lb gain and it’s true to say that one of my customers used to go up by half a stone and then lose it again within days.
So let’s not fret and as I keep saying, let’s see what tomorrow brings. Oh I do have one piece of excellent news, my nails are starting to look something like again. I’m so happy about that I really am!
STATS – Tuesday Morning ( Week 3 Weigh In)
- Weight = 9 stone 9 3/4 (same as yesterday but 3/4 lb up from last week)
- Measurements = still not done
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Lunch = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant
Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water - Alcohol Monday Evening = none
- Evening Meal Monday – Lasagne, little bit of garlic bread and salad.

Superb instruction and guidelines. Looking onward to eliminate a few bodyweight. I’ll give some feedback just after i try this. Cheers!
