Day 15 – Tuesday -‘The Big Weigh In’ …
Well what can I say other than phhhhhewwww!!!! It went down again not up and really again this is why you shouldn’t weigh yourself everyday because the fluid in your body does differ everyday.
I could quite easily have given up when my weight went up when I thought I’d done so well but by sticking to your once weekly or once monthly weigh in you will a better more accurate reading. However I will still continue to do it daily so we can see what happens in week 3 which I think will be a little harder than weeks 1 and 2.
So until tomorrow…
STATS – Tuesday Morning
- Weight = 9 stone 9 (Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah) That’s 5 and 3/4 lbs in 2 weeks – perfect!
- Measurements = still not done
- Breakfast = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Snacks = Mediterranean tomato soup & milk chocolate protein bar
- Lunch = Lovely warm cappuccino Formula 1 protein shake
- Supplements taken = Formula 2 Multivitamin & Mineral Complex | Herbalifeline | XtraCal
- Drinks = 2 litres a combination of: Thermojetics Instant
Herbal Beverage | Herbal Aloe Concentrate or plain hot water - Alcohol Monday Evening = 2 glasses wine
- Evening Meal Monday – Shhh again mozarella cheese & parma ham toastie with salad and yummy but naughty dressing! Ate in a hotel whilst at a meeting and all the sandwiches were cheese based – strange really!
