DAY 14 – Monday

And in true Rachel Moore style if I cheat it doesn’t show until I’m convinced
I’ve got away with it and then wham there it’ is staring me straight in the face on the scales!  I never learn!

So the scales have gone up the day before my official week 2 weigh in tomorrow – I could really have done without that. And more to the point how on earth did that happen other than the pizza on Friday night?  Saturday I wasn’t that bad and yesterday I was as good as gold, I had no choice I was trapped in a meeting all day with just Herbalife products to eat!!!

But really why am I worrying, I’m eating ordinary food which isn’t as healthy as it could be to lose the fastest amount of weight possible and we established the reason for that a while back. It’s all part of my experiment, anyone can lose weight if they stop eating, have just 3 drinks each day lowering their calorie intake to around 600 calories per day but why do it to yourself when you can eat ordinary nice food and still lose weight?

The idea of my experiment is to show that weight loss with Herbalife is possible whilst still enjoying good food and you don’t have to just have shakes and salad.
Yes you need to have your breakfast shake and your lunchtime shake but then in the evening it’s different.

Of course the healthier your food choices are, it goes without saying, the quicker the weight loss will go, but I’m not in a race, I just want to reduce my weight back to where it was when I began the experiment in December but I want to achieve that without really, really seriously dieting and to be fair, that is exactly what’s happening.

I started out at 10 stone 3/4 lb I think it was, my official weigh in one week later was 9 stone 11 1/4 lbs and still at this mornings shock weigh in I’m down another 1 and a 1/4 lbs since that weigh in and we still have until tomorrow – oh heck what if it goes up!!!

Anyway although it doesn’t feel like it, it is working – hooray!!!  It might only be a
couple of pounds each week but that’s exactly what it should be, that’s the official European figure for safe weekly weight loss.

Fast Weight Loss = Quick Weight Gain Afterwards (and saggy skin)

Steady Weight Loss = Healthy and Controlled (with no saggy skin)

And personally I’d rather go slow and steady and eat some nice things along the way than have to survive on 600 calories per day, lose my hair and pee on a stick to prove I’m not cheating!!

So until tomorrow, the BIG DAY!!
